Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tourlity's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our site.
User Accounts and Conduct
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, harassment, scraping, or attempting to bypass platform security measures.
Host Obligations and Content
Hosts are responsible for providing accurate Tour listings and adhering to descriptions. By posting content, you grant Tourlity a non-exclusive license to use and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
Payments, Fees, and Escrow
Tourlity uses a secure escrow system. Funds are held and released to the Host 24 hours after tour completion. All bookings and payments must be processed through the platform; circumvention to avoid service fees is strictly prohibited.
Cancellations, Disputes, and Refunds
Refunds are only available if an issue is verified within the 24-hour escrow window. In case of disputes, Tourlity does not guarantee a 100% refund; resolutions are based on internal investigation and platform discretion.
Safety and Liability Disclaimer
Guests participate in Tours at their own risk. Tourlity is a platform connecting users and is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other incidents during a Tour. We strongly recommend guests maintain their own travel insurance.
Reviews and Ratings
Users may post reviews that are honest, accurate, and non-harassing. Tourlity reserves the right to remove any reviews that violate our community guidelines or contain fraudulent information.
Intellectual Property
The Tourlity name, logo, software, and all original content are the exclusive property of Tourlity. You may not use our intellectual property without express written consent.
Account Termination
Tourlity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or misconduct that harms the platform's integrity or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourlity shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or interactions with other users.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of said jurisdiction.
